PLEASE BE AWARE: We have the same tools to track our packages that you receive when the package is created. We do not receive any additional insights, accept to instill patience. If your tracking information is not immediately available, or shows "Label Created" for longer than expected this is likely due to post office oversight not being what it should. If your domestic package has not arrived two weeks past the expected delivery date (or about a month longer for an international package) please reach out to us at info@lastout.co and we'll be happy to help figure out next steps.
Domestic Standard Shipping Times
The times we have listed here are our best estimates of when you can expect your shipment to arrive. We typically send your package out within on to two business days after your order has been placed, unless you have ordered a custom item. Depending on the level of complexity, these times may drastically change. In addition, if we are having a large sale, or if it is during the holiday season, these estimates may also be affected. Please keep in mind that all shipments originate in Washington state.

International Shipping Rates & Customs
Ground & Priority Shipping: Global priority packages and standard delivery packages are not insurable, so unfortunately Six Elements Workshop cannot be responsible if you package is lost in transit. Shipping to most international destinations is as charged at checkout unless the package you are being sent is beyond (4) pounds. If your order weighs over the (4) pound threshold, you may be charged the overage at shipping. If you have questions about this, please email us at info@lastout.co with your questions.
Expedited Shipping: The rate that is quoted for this shipping method is for a flat rate (5) pound package and includes insurance for your package up to $300, plus tracking. If you package exceeds the (5) pound threshold, or does not fit into a flat rate box provided by the US Postal Service, you will be charged for the additional shipping cost. If you shipping cost is less than what you were charged at the time of your order, you will receive a credit to your payment method.
Gifts: We are very sorry but we are unable to label any international package as a "gift." This breaks international laws that we would like to adhere to.
Customs Fees/Duties: The Last Outpost Company does not collect any fees or duties owed. Each country has different parameters on how they assume customs fees and you may be charged by your local customs office for packages.
Returns & Shipping Status
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
-Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit (confirmed by carrier after 10-30 days, depending on method), we will file a claim and issue a refund or replacement once resolved.
-Delays: We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, strikes, or other unforeseen events. Contact the carrier directly for status updates.
-Damaged or Incorrect Items: Inspect packages upon arrival. Report issues within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@lastout.co with photos. We will replace or refund per our [Return Policy](link-to-returns-policy).
-For all claims, retain original packaging and contents until resolution.
Order Changes and Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled or modified before processing (within 24 hours of placement). After processing, changes are not guaranteed.
- Partial shipments may occur for out-of-stock items; the remainder will ship when available at no extra cost.
Sustainability
We use eco-friendly packaging materials where possible, including recyclable boxes and paper fillers, to minimize our environmental impact. In addition we may re-uses outer packaging that may have been used previously, in order to sustain our operations and the earth we hope you will understand this.
